Practitioners in the University of New England, Australia, embedded the principles of UDL throughout an online course for trainee teachers. Their aim was to enhance student engagement and improve retention, in which they were successful. The project also showcased inclusive digital teaching practice for the trainee student teachers to use in their ongoing professional practice.
