It includes providing opportunities for discussion in spaces beyond the classroom, and partnership with other parties such as academic tutors, careers teams, public sector colleagues or private partners offering student support.
Crucially, it refers to giving students voice in leadership spaces, including committee representation and other, less formal opportunities.
